By booking this session, camp, or programme, you (the parent/guardian) confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child named on this booking, that you have read and agree to these terms in full on behalf of that child, and that the information provided is accurate.

Risk Acknowledgement: Football coaching and physical play for children carries some inherent risk, even when properly supervised and delivered with reasonable care. This includes, but is not limited to, minor injuries such as bumps, scrapes and sprains, collisions with other children or equipment, and falls during running, jumping, or ball skills activities. You acknowledge these risks are a normal part of physical activity and confirm your child is, to your knowledge, fit and well enough to take part. You agree to notify Little Footy Stars in advance of any medical condition, allergy, or additional need that coaches should be aware of.

Our Duty of Care: Little Footy Stars coaches undertake to deliver sessions with reasonable skill and care, following appropriate safeguarding, supervision, and health & safety practices. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Little Footy Stars’ liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.

Limitation of Liability: Subject to the above, Little Footy Stars is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the ordinary, inherent risks of physical activity described above, where this occurs despite reasonable care being taken by our coaches. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Behaviour: Little Footy Stars reserves the right to remove a child from a session, without refund, where their behaviour poses a safety risk to themselves, other children, or staff.

Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds: Little Footy Stars does not offer refunds. Credit towards a future session or programme is available for cancellations, including on the day of the session.

Photography: Little Footy Stars may take photographs or video at camps and other programmes for marketing purposes. Where a separate photo consent option is provided as part of the booking process, your response there will apply.

Data Protection: Little Footy Stars handles personal data, including medical and allergy information, in line with UK GDPR, for the purposes of delivering a safe and well-run programme.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
